A recent poll has shown more than half of the UK population are concerned about the government’s plan to remove the need for planning permission for small extensions and conservatories, as they think it could be detrimental to local neighbourhoods. The latest report from the Home Builders Federation was released on Friday, and shows that just 25,000 planning permissions were granted in the second quarter of the year.
