In spite of recent drop in property prices a survey by holidaylettings.co.uk showed that most people still think that property is one of the best investments.

Around 77 percent of those polled they thought this to be a very good time to invest in UK property due to the current lower prices and high rental demand.

And over the long term most of those polled thought property will out perform shares or gold.
