I have been a landlord for eight years with some properties self-managed and other out of area properties that are managed by agents. My experience is that generally most agents are only interested in the tenant find aspect and it is very rare to find an agent who manages the property well in good times and most walk away in bad times.
I have personal experience of priest properties management in the good times and the bad times.
