Priest Properties was launched in Nottingham to provide a letting agency with the very highest level of service.

When you employ a letting agent, it is meant to make your life easier - you don’t want to be chasing them for updates, rent or having nasty surprise’s at the end of the month when your statement arrives.

We keep you updated, from weekly reports listing who, when and what their comments were (with full contact details) during the letting process to sending you job sheets each and every time a workman is sent to one of your properties.

Every three months you will receive an inspection report detailing the condition of the property and with recommendations (if any) on any actions required.

The aim of this and providing contact details of both possible tenants (via the weekly viewing reports) and the workman (job sheets) is that Priest Properties is transparent as possible and our landlords can check our performance at any time.

This keeps us on our toes and ensures that our landlords get the very best service.
