Service and Fees

There are two levels of service, the first is a Full Management Service which is perfect for Professional Investors and Landlords who have more important things to worry about than leaking toilets and broken boilers.

The second service is a Let Only Service is ideally suited for hands on Landlords who are happy to deal with late night calls and want to be involved in every part of letting the property.

The cost of Full Management is £299 and then 10% of the rent per month plus VAT.
Let Only Service is £299 + VAT.

Note we have included a number of extra services like inventories in the price so that you know exactly how much it will cost upfront and there are no hidden fees or charges. Unique Weekly Viewing Reports with Full Feedback

Obtain full references on all prospective Tenants. green_tick green_tick
Inform the Landlords of Safety Regulation to adhere to. green_tick green_tick
Prepare the Tenancy Agreement and relevant notices. green_tick green_tick
Collect the first month’s rental in advance. green_tick green_tick
Collect a security deposit/bond. green_tick green_tick
Check the Tenants into the property. green_tick green_tick

Advise local council and utility companies of the new tenant’s details. green_tick green_tick
Secure deposit with Deposit Protection Service (DPS). In the case of Let Only service the deposit will be transfer to Landlords DPS account unless otherwise requested. green_tick green_tick
Arrange for any property maintenance and repairs as per your instructions green_tick
Carry out quarterly property visits and provide full report to the Landlord outlining any maintenance issues. green_tick
Liaising between Landlord and Tenant. green_tick
Supervise that the Tenant(s) comply with the Terms of the Tenancy Agreement signed. green_tick
Review rental values and renewal of tenancies. green_tick
Make arrangements for the collection of the rental. green_tick
Prepare monthly statements. green_tick
Chase late rents. green_tick
Arrange for check-out and check-out inventory of the Tenant at the end of the Tenancy. green_tick
